About the Event

The annual event features experts in aviation and aerospace fields sharing their experiences in a variety of sessions and presentations. The conference aims to deliver the most up-to-date and advanced information for Minnesota aviation professionals and provide an opportunity for industry and government officials to exchange ideas on funding, trends, airport management, operations, maintenance, and best practices.

Wednesday or Thursday only: $175

Late Registration (on or after April 8):

Full conference: $350
Wednesday or Thursday only: $250

Cancellations:

Full refund: Cancellations must be received by March 22
Refund subject to a $30 fee: Cancellations must be received between March 22 and April 15
No refunds after April 15

Accommodations

Deposits and Cancellations:

Payment: Grand View Lodge requires full payment as deposit per room, along with the registration form, in order to secure lodging accommodations.
Cancellations: Cancellations made after 4:00 p.m. CST on March 6, 2026, are non-refundable—Grand View Lodge will retain the full deposit as a cancellation fee.
