About the Event
Mark your calendar for the 2025 conference! The annual event features experts in aviation and aerospace fields sharing their experiences in a variety of sessions and presentations. The conference, held in conjunction with the Minnesota Council of Airports annual meeting, also includes an industry trade show and an awards and recognition program.
This year’s highlights include:
- Keynote speaker Kristin Scroggin, who will decode the generational enigma. Kristin is known for straight talk and wicked twists of humor!
- Mankato Airport Open House
- Three concurrent session tracks: Technical, Administrative, and Airport Management
The conference aims to deliver the most up-to-date and advanced information for Minnesota aviation professionals and provide an opportunity for industry and government officials to exchange ideas on funding, trends, airport management, operations, maintenance, and best practices.
Attendee Registration
Individual participant registration is now open.
- Full conference: $250
- Late registration fee (after April 8): $280
- Wednesday Lunch and Keynote Speaker Only: $60
- Late registration fee (after April 8): $85
- Wednesday ONLY: $150
- Late registration fee (after April 8): $180
- Thursday ONLY: $150
- Late registration fee (after April 8): $180
Cancellations must be received by March 23 for a full refund. A refund minus $30 will be issued for cancellations after March 23. No refunds after April 16.
