Exhibits and Booth Setup Information
Exhibit setup is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24. Exhibit display hours are from 1:30 p.m. through the social activity on Wednesday, April 24, and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. Exhibitors have until Friday, April 26, at noon to tear down their booths.
Booth space locations are shown in the vendor layout map (PDF). Booths are 8 x 10 feet with pipe and drape. Electricity is available upon request.

Please note: Platinum sponsors are given first priority for booth space, but they must register and submit their logo by March 6, 2024. Gold sponsors are given secondary priority for booth space after March 15, and silver sponsors will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to the remaining booths available. All registrations and logos must be received by April 3, 2024, to receive signage recognition. All registrations for sponsors that include booth space must be received by April 10, 2024.
Additional company representatives (beyond the number of registrations included with your package) must register separately if they wish to attend the conference.
