Sponsor Registration
We are still welcoming sponsors! While our printing deadline of February 18 has passed, new registrants will still be acknowledged during the event and Diamond- and Gold-level sponsor logos added to the website.
Please note: You will be required to create an account with the University of Minnesota to register for this event. If you don't already have an account, please follow the prompts under "new user" when registering.
Sponsorships are available at the following levels:
Silver: $300, $400, and $500
Gold: $600, $750, $900
Diamond: $1,000, $1,500, and $2,500

Additional sponsor representatives attending the conference will be charged a fee of $85 each.
Exhibitors
This conference offers an excellent opportunity for organizations to promote their programs and products to aviation professionals. Coffee breaks, continental breakfast, dessert, refreshment breaks, and drawings are all held in the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Fees
Each registered exhibitor booth includes:
- Registration for two representatives per booth space, including all group meals and breaks
- Additional representatives planning to work at the exhibit table or attend the conference will cost an additional $85 each
- An exhibit identification sign
- A listing in the conference program

Exhibitor Booth Assignment
Once registered, exhibitors will receive confirmation of their registration and a booth location. Booth assignments are based on booth size requirements and the date of completed registration. View the exhibitor floor plan below.
Exhibitor Shipments
The Heritage Center will accept shipments from exhibiting companies and store shipping materials until the end of the event. Exhibitors will need to make their own arrangements for return shipping. Please clearly mark the shipment to your attention and booth number and note the name and dates of this conference. Exhibitors must pre-arrange pickup of booth supplies after the conference is over.
Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors who cancel booth space on or before February 17, 2026, will receive a refund minus a $50 per booth processing fee. After February 17, 2026, booth costs will not be refunded. Email cancellation requests to [email protected].
